Tukutuku Weaving in Terms 3 and 4 2015
Pukeko and Ekaranui classes will be working with Whaea Shandeen learning the art of weaving tukutuku panels for our school whare - Te Whare Āwhina. At the moment we are using cotton wool and peg boards to learn how to make various patterns. It is going to be awesome!

Marae Noho Term 3 2015
We are very lucky because this term our class will be having two marae noho. The first one is with the other two junior classes where we will play lots of games, sing songs, have a kanikani and so much more. Our next marae noho will be with a tuakana class and will involve making our tukutuku panels for our whare nui - Te Whare Āwhina. Ngā mihi nui!
